Morse Station M44

Morse Station M44

First heard on March 14, 1996 on 3775 kHz. Heard 24 hrs a day sending single random 5 letter groups using the 26 letters of the Roman alphabet. Modulation was using a low buzz, interrupted carrier. It disappeared and was re-discovered on 4620 kHz. It then disappeared again and has not been heard since. It is believed to have originated in the Nivernais region of France.
