This is a copy of The Numbers Racket CD-ROM, which I prepared back in 1998. I am presenting it here, unedited, for historical purposes. Obviously most if not all of the information is 'out of date' today, but think of it as a snapshot of what the Spy Numbers scene was like in the late 1990s.

DFC37 and DFD21 were two stations that were apparently part of the same network as the Two Letter Phonetic Stations, or at least run by the same organization, since at one time, the same announcers' voices were used by both stations!
These callsigns are registered to the Deutsche Bundespost (German Post Office). Presumably this is some sort of cover, much as the the CIA Counting Station transmits from the "Warrenton Training Center".
Each transmission begins with the station callsign read phonetically, followed by several musical notes, similar to the Two Letter Phonetic stations. This is followed by any traffic.
