Series of slow audio pips Voice announcements by RR/OM (same voice as S13 and S14) Place names were given (Rome, Paris,etc) followed by two 4 figure groups Above repeated Three tones Audio pips Buzzing returnedIt's possible that this date/time (Christmas Eve) was chosen since many intelligence organizations would be short-staffed, due to the holidays. It's also possible that the date was purely random.
The Buzzer appears to occupy the frequency of 4625 khz 24 hours a day.
