This is a copy of The Numbers Racket CD-ROM, which I prepared back in 1998. I am presenting it here, unedited, for historical purposes. Obviously most if not all of the information is 'out of date' today, but think of it as a snapshot of what the Spy Numbers scene was like in the late 1990s.

Transmissions began five minutes before the hour with a morse code ID. The message started at the hour, and both CW and voice (SSB) were used. Transmissions were 23 hrs a day, with no transmission at 2200Z.
The following frequencies were reported:
5301 1700-2100, 2300-0400 8142 0500-1600 9320 1700-2100, 2300-0400 11416 1700-2100, 2300-0400 14977 0500-1600 18303 0500-1600Perhaps the most amazing thing of all about OLX was the fact that it actually issued a QSL card!
